• Private Tours
  All private tours include a professional driver and a qualified certified guide. Given the variety of activities and richness of the region, we have guides with different degrees and certifications (Nature, Archeological, Whale shark, Architecture, Art. Reef Snorkeling etc.) All guides are assigned to your expedition according to your interest and chosen activities. All our expeditions require guides to focus on your needs and expectations delivering a truly customized experience you’ll never forget.
  
  
• Semi-Private Tours
  All Semi-Private Expeditions, also known as “Share Tours” are operated in small groups of 8 participants or less. Semi-Private tours, may include guests from the same hotel or from other nearby hotels.
  All Semi-Private Tours are operated with our vehicles and guides, this allow us to maintain the same standards of service and quality as our private tours; Moreover, Semi-Private tours are operated only a few times a week with fixed pick-up times and itineraries.  
  
  
• Private Transportation
  Our luxury vehicles offer deluxe private service from the Cancun Airport to major hotels in Cancun, Riviera Maya and many points of interest you wish to visit during your stay in this coastal paradise. Our luxury suburban offers stylish comfort for two to four passengers, while our comfortable vans accommodate six to ten passengers.

Online Bookings

The service supplier reserves the right to cancel, shorten or alter the excursion due to circumstances outside of their control. In the event of such an occurrence, a full or partial refund may be given, however, the consumer hereby waives any claim against 4Worlds Expeditions or the service supplier for any consequential damages arising as a result thereof.

Refund And Cancellation Policy For Archeological, Cenotes And Snorkeling Tours

• All cancelations made within 48 hours or more prior to your tour, no penalty will apply
  
  
• 50% fee of purchase price when cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours in advance.
  
  
• All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the service will be charged in full unless otherwise supported by a medical note from a qualified doctor stating the valid medical conditions for which the client cannot receive the reserved service(s).

Refund And Cancellation Policy For Boats, Yachts And Catamarans

• All cancelations made within 7 days or more prior to your tour, no penalty will apply
  
  
• 50% fee of purchase price when cancellation is made between 7 and 4 days in advance.
  
  
• All cancellations made less than 3 days (72 Hours) prior to the start time of the service will be charged in full unless otherwise supported by a medical note from a qualified doctor stating the valid medical conditions for which the client cannot receive the reserved service(s).

All tours need to be paid in full 72 hours prior to your tour.

All reserved tours need to be paid in full at the time of the reservation, otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled automatically after 48 Hours of having made your reservation. we will only hold a tentative reservation for 48 Hours

We are a boutique DMC and Tour Operator; Thus, we focus on details, personalized service and the number of tours operated by day are limited; therefore, yes! To secure your expedition, we suggest you reserve your tours and airport transfers in advance.

We suggest that during the tour you ask your guide to take pictures with your phone. This way, you don´t have to wait for us to send you the pictures and you can be sure that your pics will not be shared with anyone else.

If you are planning to do some snorkeling for the first time, our guides will be happy to brief you and help you to use the equipment properly; In addition, when you reserve your tour, we suggest, you let us know your level or if you are traveling with children and their age, this way we can suggest the best spot for you to experience this activity and enjoy it.

All tours need to be paid in advance and yes, you can use your credit card and pay online if you prefer.

In order to protect the natural wealth of the Yucatan Peninsula and the Riviera Maya, we recommend the use of water repellent t-shirts with UV protection or biodegradable products.

If you decide to use biodegradable sunscreen, we suggest putting on sun cream before leaving the hotel; Furthermore, once in the park and before getting in the water, we will ask you to take a shower to remove the excess of cream.

In order to preserve the natural beauties that this destination has and offer the opportunity for future generations to also enjoy them, the authority has decreed certain areas as protected natural areas. Our Reef Snorkeling Tour takes place in one of them.

In order to protect your safety, the reef health and the marine life of this place, three measures have been implemented, which are indicate below:
