This expedition combines the visit of one of the most beautiful ports in Yucatan and an extremely important ceremonial centre. A place to witness the amazing astronomical skills of the Maya.
In this expedition we will explore the Mayan city of Dzibilchaltun, where you will be able to witness the mathematical and astronomical knowledge that the Mayans possessed. We will get to know their emblematic temples followed by the opportunity to cool off in the waters of a sacred cenote.
Later, we will visit the boardwalk of Port Progreso and its beaches. Without a doubt, this is one of the most important cities on the Yucatan coast.
