This expedition combines one of the most-visited historical sites in all Mexico and an amazing swimming experience in one of the largest underground rivers in the region.

Our expedition starts with a visit of the Mayan Ruins of Tulum. Tulum is the only known archaeological site located by the sea. Its greatest attraction is, its location. It stands on a cliff facing the rising sun looking out on views of the Caribbean Sea that are nothing else than spectacular.

One of the most unique swimming adventures follows our visit to the ruins of Tulum. Enjoy a journey to one of the world’s largest underground river systems where spectacular natural formations of stalactites and stalagmites abound and the ambiance exudes mystery, charm, and beauty.

This excursion operates only a few times a week and the tour is shared with other people from your hotel or proximity hotels. All the semi-private tours leave from a meeting point; However, pick up at your hotel is available at an extra cost and pick up will be assigned according to reservations for the selected date.
